Service Description

90 minute session with focus on run technique through video analysis, posture, mobility, strength & flexibility drills. Individual 4/6 week program for strengthening with full video & online backup. Follow up sessions 4/6 weeks, ideal for Clients who are motivated to work on their own, with online support. Race, kit & nutrition advise all included.
